Youth Striking Labs

Small group sessions for kids ages 8 - 12 that blend real Martial Arts Striking, with Gamified drills and Team Building exercises. Your young athlete will learn how to safely strike and hold the hand mitts with other students. Fitness, focus and friendships!

Beginning Adult Technical Striking

Minimal or no contact group striking sessions designed to give you a strong foundational education on Mixed Martial Arts Striking. Here you'll master our 8-Punch boxing system while learning your first 4 kicks! There is a strong emphasis on technique and mittwork to allow for athletes to become comfortable before moving into our Intermediate program, where more contact is introduced.

Intermediate Adult Striking

Minimal to Light contact group striking sessions by invitation only. Take the strike and footwork developed in the Beginning Adult Striking program and learn how to apply them on a real target in a safe controlled environment. Develop basic sparring IQ and understand the "Why?" and "When?" behind each skill.

Mittwork Bootcamp

This class is all about the mittwork! Learn how to hold pads like a professional fight coach and enhance your ability to train with other Martial Artists. Develop clean professional communication skills along with the physical training to pass on your knowledge! Over the course of this program you'll learn how to utilize Hand Mitts and Thai Pads to create beautiful striking flows with a partner.

Combat Conditioning

This is a Fitness focused class with the intention of helping Athletes develop functional strength and mobility. Pairing weight training and calisthenics movements with bag work. This class is fast paced and all about getting your reps in!

Kicking Mobility

A focused mobility session built around improving the movements that make great kicks possible. Through guided stretches, balance training, and low-impact technical reps, athletes develop smoother hip mobility, better posture, and more confidence in their kicking range. Ideal for all skill levels looking to move better and kick smarter.
